The dust-removing shotcrete machine reduces the generation of dust from three aspects.

Guide the overflow air port, underflow air port, rotor body leakage, hopper reverse air, etc. that cause dust discharge during the operation of the jet to the air inlet channel of the dust removal device, pass through the dust suction pipe to the dust removal chamber, and filter through the dust removal net to collect the dust. In the dust collector, a dust removal system is formed to avoid environmental pollution caused by direct discharge.
